The BWL Tote is a classic and clean design, crafted from full-grain leather hide for an elegance that lasts. At Athéalier, every piece is made to order, allowing you to personalise your tote with your choice of leather and thread colours, as well as custom embossing. The BWL Tote
Product built entirely by hand from full-grain leather hide of approximate thickness 2-3mm. Threads are all waxed 100% linen from MEISI. Due to the properties of leather, expect natural variation in colour and surface.

Your full-grain vegetable-tanned leather BWL tote is designed to age beautifully, developing a rich patina with use and time. To keep it looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct heat; if it does get wet, let it air dry naturally away from radiators or sunlight. Vegetable-tanned leather is extremely durable but will naturally show small marks and tonal changes - they’re part of the story your leather is meant to tell. Condition the leather lightly every few months with a leather balm to nourish the fibres, help any scars to close up, and maintain suppleness.
